Pretty bleak, especially behind the Orange Curtain.
I cant wait to see what local gov'ts do with all the malls that go belly up. How does one convert giant buildings and enormous parking lots into something useful?

I'm curious, does anyone have a WAG as to the effect this CRE downturn is having on America's Capital Partners (Touzet, d'Olazzara & Co, out of Miami)?
Miami residential is certainly in the crapper, but I'm not sure CRE is as affected there...moreover, that group is diversified outside the region and are in NoVa where the gov't somewhat shields them from some effects.
I'd LOVE to see the figures for the Dulles corridor in Virginia.
Brand new vacant buildings everywhere, and they're still building more.
CRE bust is old news. Time to Move On.
